Company and Product Introduction

Digital Marketing Enterprises, under the brand name "NEXORA", offers high-quality electric scooters. Our goal is to provide customers with the latest technology, strong performance, and reliable service

Pre-Booking Policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE: 🔴 The pre-booking amount of ₹16,000 is strictly non-refundable. Upon payment, a valid GST invoice will be issued to the customer. Pre-booking gives the customer a priority delivery slot and eligibility for special discounts (see below).

Pressure Clause:

Once the customer applies for vehicle delivery after pre-booking, they cannot pressurize the company for delivery within 1 month from the application date. However, based on stock availability, location, and process completion, the vehicle may be delivered within 15 to 30 days

Discount Policy on Vehicle Purchase

Purchase Timeline Discount Within 1 month of booking 5%, Between 1–3 months 3%, After 3 months No discount; full payment applicable After 3 months, the vehicle must be purchased at the full listed price.

Warranty and Repair Policies

Manufacturing Defect In case of a manufacturing defect, the company will repair the vehicle within 7 to 15 working days. This service will be free of cost. 🔋 Battery Terms & Motor Terms Time Period Service Type Charges 0–1 Year Free Replacement ₹0, 1–3 Years Free Repair ₹0, After 3 Years Repair by Company Customer Pays Cost.

Accidental Damage Policy

The company shall not be responsible for any damage caused due to accidents, flooding, natural disasters, or customer negligence. However, the company will provide repair services, but the entire cost must be borne by the customer.
